Who are we ?

Our team has experience in support and care for over 25 years, most of our knowledge base and work experience is from working in care and residential homes, hospitals, in the community, children's homes, supported living, supporting people with learning & physical disability, mental health support and supported housing. We pride ourselves in our flexible and co-operative approach to our work to ensure the people who use our services receive a high-quality service. Our approach to support is person centred and holistic, to create an in depth understanding of individual need and partnership with our service users.

We provide support set in a safe and homely environment, which incorporates one to one support out in the community and in house.  As part of our service package this is some of the areas of support provided, which  will include, housing  management, housekeeping  assistance with food shopping, support with attending appointments, assistance with benefits, money management, inter-professional working, rehabilitation services, making referrals, support with life skills, support with moving on skills ,help with accessing health and community services, registering for adult courses, college and university ,support with applying for identification and bank accounts etc., making referrals, registering with Derby home finder and supporting family contact,. Through quality support and housing, we equip people with the confidence, self-esteem, and life skills they need to live independently, whether it is for the first time or following a significant life change. We strive to enable service users to find their purpose, through  maximizing their existing skills and supporting them to learn new ones; ultimately ensuring they can live independently and productively as part of their local community.
